  • We reserve the right to request valid government-issued ID (Emirates ID, passport, or driving license) at checkout or at the point of delivery to verify your age. Our delivery partners may refuse to hand over an order if age cannot be verified or if the recipient appears to be under 18.
  • Orders placed using false age information will be cancelled, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who cannot verify their age.

3. Products

  • All products listed on this Website are genuine ElfBar disposable vape devices and related e-liquid products.
  • We only sell products that comply with the standards set by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) and the UAE.S 5030:2018 standard issued by the Emirates Authority for Standardisation and Metrology (ESMA), including applicable Digital Tax Stamp and ECAS certification requirements.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual flavours, packaging, nicotine strength, and puff count may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturer updates.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected resale, fraud, or bulk purchasing outside normal consumer use.

4. Health & Safety Warning

  • We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card, Cash on Delivery, Online Payment Gateway.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
